Asgard ( Old Norse : Ásgarðr ) is the realm of the gods, the Æsir , in Norse mythology , a world separate from the mortal realm of Midgard . Asgard was originally known as Godheim (the rest of the gods), because early researchers of the mythology confused the name of the world of the gods with their most important castle, and in this case Godheim became Asgard in many historical sources.            


Odin, God of War and Death

Odin or Ódin ( Old Norse : Óðinn ; Common Germanic : Wōdanaz ) is considered the chief god of the             Æsir clan , the most important clan of gods in Norse mythology and in the beliefs of Germanic Neopagan religions . He is also known as "All-Father" and "The Envoy of the Warlord".       


Frigg, Goddess of Motherhood

Frigg ( / frɪɡ  / ;Old Norse: [ ˈfriɡː] ) is agoddess, one of theÆsir, in Germanic mythology. InNorse mythology, the source of most surviving information about her, she is associated with marriage, prophecy, clairvoyance and motherhood, and dwells in the wetland halls ofFensalir. In wider Germanic mythology, she is known inOld High Germanas Frīja , inLangobardicas Frēa , inOld Englishas Frīg , inOld FrisianasFrīa, and inOld Saxonas Frī , all ultimately stemming from theProto-Germanictheonym*Frījō. Nearly all sources portray her as the wife of the god Odin.
 

Thor, God of Thunder

Thor  (  Old Norse  :  Þórr  ;  PRONUNCIATION  ) is a prominent god in  Germanic  paganism  . In  Norse  mythology  , he is a  hammer-wielding  god associated with  lightning  ,  thunder  ,  storms  ,  sacred groves and trees  , strength, the protection of humanity, and  fertilization
The deity was known in Germanic mythology and paganism as  Þunor ( Old English ) or Donar ( Old High German ), derived from the Proto-Germanic Þunraz (meaning "thunder"). Thor is also called Ásaþórr, Ökuþórr, Hlórriði, and Véurr
